In district heating and cooling, we incorporate additional unique considerations beyond the typical benefits. While supporting the safety, cleanliness, and comfort of the area, we have also taken into account the various cultural facilities that form the heart of the district, installing soundproofing and vibration control equipment. This ensures a district heating and cooling system that is well-suited to the needs of this area.

Environmental Initiatives

Policy and Initiatives

■ Environmental Policy
We continuously provide clean, comfortable, and highly reliable heating and cooling 24/7 to the "Hatsudai Yodobashi Area," contributing to the development of the local community and the preservation of the global environment.

■ Our Initiatives
To achieve the goals set in our global warming countermeasure plan, we strive for high energy efficiency by upgrading to high-efficiency equipment and utilizing operation support systems. Through these efforts, we aim to promote energy conservation and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Furthermore, since April 2025, we have started introducing renewable energy (electricity) partially by utilizing non-fossil certificates, further advancing greenhouse gas reduction efforts.
